RETURNS POLICY

Returns

All our items are final sale. Unless the product was damaged.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. When items are discounted, they are final sale. Gift cards are not refundable.

Returns fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:

1) Contact us via byshebador@gmail.com.

2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Exceed that time, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange your items.

To start a return, you can contact us at byshebador@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

ShebadoR is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
